In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: « Today Was a Good Day. »

When the sun came in Normandy during my last stay, we were able to watch the boats in the port of Cherbourg :

Quand le soleil est revenu en Normandie lors de mon dernier séjour, nous avons pu aller regarder les bateaux dans le port de Cherbourg,

and in the countryside, discover a water mill that was the residence of a poetess Marie Ravenel.
puis dans la campagne, découvrir un moulin à eau qui a été la résidence d’une poétesse, Marie Ravenel.

Finally, we reached the port of Saint-Vast-la-Hougue, to watch the boats, drinking chocolate and eating a pancake.

Enfin, nous avons rejoint le port de Saint-Vast-la-Hougue, pour regarder les bateaux, boire un chocolat et manger une crêpe.

Also watch and photograph the flowers.

Egalement regarder et photographier les fleurs.

And come back when the sun sets in the sky.
Et rentrer quand le soleil décline dans le ciel.
